So ive decided to cut down on things week by week.
This week no more soda or candy/junk food.
Only water and maybe some milk at lunch.
Im starting my work out routine tommarow.
Im going to run a mile everyday plus I walk at least 2 or 2 1/2 miles everyday.
Im going to do a 45 minutes work out which focus’s on my legs, tummy and arms.
Im also going to do an hour or two of yoga everyday plus a ten minutes run when im done with everything.
I want to loose 10 to 20 pounds in two months.
400 too 500 calories a day.
I want to see my collar bones by the end of december. <3
